Worst teacher you had?

My AP World History teacher from last year. He would basically sit in his desk all day and give out packets he would never collect. No one ever did the packets, and they constantly used their phones. I luckily do not have a phone, so I was forced to study lol

There was a teacher in my primary school who was really mean to me... she wasn't even a teacher, she was just some stupid assistant lady who patrolled outside at break. She used to yell at me and my friends for literally nothing. So I just yelled back because ki didn't like her. One time she gave me detention for throwing tomatoes at this boy who was bullying my friend. He said she was stupid and told her they made a high school for people who were mental. So we grabbed my other friend salad and fave him a new look.

I can't say she was totally out of bounds for the salad thing.

The worst teacher I had that I can remember was one of my university professors.

Was actually so bad that he made me want to change majors.

My current English teacher upsets me. He lets us do whatever we want and practically never teaches us. Everyone, I mean everyone (including me) uses their cellphone. He's also very bipolar and lashes out on us. Just recently he made this kid cry dramatically, and I stood up for him. In result, everyone believes that I'm dating the kid. Yeah, I'm a big-gay-baby. But.. it can get out of hand once you start name-calling your students and cursing at them.

My high school french teacher. He could never pronounce my name correctly, so every lesson I had to remind him. He knew I abosolutely hated the subject, so he would always ask me for the answers to his confusing questions.

My 10th grade math teacher, bless. She was terrible and almost failed probably 40% of her students. She was horrid because she had a teaching style that no one understood. Literally everything she taught us was backwards. She would never explain stuff and she would ignore questions people had. She would also say she was going to take up work and never did and decide she would take up something from 2 and 1/2 weeks ago like wtf lady. We would get like 30 math questions to do a night and then she'd be like oh yeah I'm not taking that up sorry bby. Like BISH I have other things going on in my life other than tend to your stupid class. Honestly I would spend so much time teaching myself math I didn't have time for anything else. This year we all agree the only thing we learned out of this lady's class was a formula she made us sing everyday for a week: x= -b +- (square root) b^2-4ac / 2a

sharpening your pencil during class is actually rude if you don't ask.. i would understand if you were in the middle of nothingness and everybody was talking. it'll get a lot worse, so get used to it.
and really a dying cat :l

I had this one teacher...
You never learnt anything... We stayed on a pretty basic task for 5 lessons, hardly anyone could do it (except those that ended up teaching themselves)
Another teacher came in... Within 5 minutes, everyone got it

My English teacher is horrid. He teaches both 6th graders and 10th graders. Literally none of the 10th graders like him.

For starters, his class smells TERRIBLE.
He never tells us when anything is due.
You get about 6 handouts a day. It's such a giant waste of paper. Most of the handouts aren't even relevant to what we do most of the time. They're basically the same things just differently reworded.
We started JuliUs Caesar in September and ended this month. It should not take that long to finish one play. It didn't take that long when we read Romeo and Juliet last year.
It sucks because last year we were told we were going to get a good English teacher, but things changed and we got stuck with this guy instead, while the 11th graders got our promised teacher.

I had an INCREDIBLY incompetent maths teacher (and then a really horrible head of maths) that was so bad I needed to change schools. All she did was write the example on the board and tell us to do the chapter. That was it. She gave us no help when it came to coursework, and this was IB level where you needed all the help you could get.

It was the first time I ever needed and tutor, and even with my tutor's help (who was actually good at teaching) I, for some reason, got given an abysmal score on my coursework. I then had to resist the urge to punch the head of maths in the face when he gave me no sympathy of getting 11/40 on my coursework and lecturing me on how little time I spent on it (when I went for tutoring 2 times a week and then spent more time myself doing my coursework). He then showed me the work of someone who was in the top set of maths and took her GCSEs 1 year earlier and gave me the "oh well she's in the same class as you so you should be able to do the same". Considering that during IB the school decided to cede the practice of putting people of similar math capabilities in the same set, that was the dumbest argument ever.

The irony? He said himself at another point that he didn't understand how people could be good at history/ literature, and was really glad that he could drop it after GCSE. Like, thanks for using that life experience and not applying it to the idea that someone might be bad at maths.

He was basically one of those teachers that thought his subject was the most important and failed to realise that students had 5 other subjects to deal with as well as extra essays/ curricular activities/ etc.

/rant over

Worst teacher or in this case professor would be my English 201 professor. She was so intimidating and always made racist comments and I felt like she looked down on me and did not expect a lot from me because of my accent. She was also so disorganized and would spend half the class explaining why adding "like" is bad. She would also trail off and talk about her personal life. I never had a quiz or an exam or anything that showed my progress and what I could improve. That class was chaos.

This one teacher in my senior year who would take ANY chance he can get to get out of class. He'd teach for a few minutes then leave the class to "get breakfast." Once, my friend saw him leaving and she said, "off to get breakfast?" in a sarcastic tone and he just said yes. Worst in my book cause the worst teacher is someone who doesn't teach.

My physics teacher. He doesn't teach us any of the material, and only gives us work when we have a substitute. He gives us a test and when everyone fails it, he just says "the material is in your book" even when he never assigned a chapter. Every test that we've taken this year has been curved by at least 30 points. He spends the entire class period telling us stories about when he was in college or about how much he hates his wife.

My current Pre-Cal teacher. Doesn't teach for ****, is a massive hypocrite & has the hardest tests. I doubt he's even qualified to teach at the level that he does, hell he tried to crack open a coconut with a spoon ._.
