Withdrawing Bells

Hiya, sorry if this is a daft question - if you win an auction and had to take say, 7 million bells, to another town to pay for what you won, how is it best to do that? I'm getting confused as I keep trying to take amounts in millions from bell machine and it keeps bleeping and taking me back to odd numbers like 1 million 6 hundered odd thousand. Is this to do with how many bells you can carry in pockets? How do others pay for things if they are in the millions, is there a trick to how best to do it?

You can only take out what your pockets will hold. If your pockets are empty you can hold about 1.6 million; and if you have empty letters in your mail slots you can move 99k bags there and hold almost another million. If you're spending more than that you will have to make trips to the abd in the other town.

Yes, you can use abd of another town! Two ways i like to drop losts of bells... First way is to have the host set up retail. Put 7 flowers or shells in retail each 999,999 bells.

Or you drop bells all over town but every time you withdraw take out 1.5 million bells. Its easier to track how much you are spending.

If you going to do the drop bell bags method I take 1.5 mill out each run. It's easier to keep track that way for me anyways lol
