Yeah, he's not that important unfortunately. You kind of just wish he'd be like a Gulliver type of NPC where he'll give out special items that pertain to his character and that people wouldn't mind getting repeats of.

Yeah I wish they had added some wisp related special items even if it were just a few little ghost-related collectibles, I also think it would've been fun if you could get his picture or something after completing the miles achievement!
