What do you mean by 6 IV ditto?

When people are numbering off the IV's a Pok?mon has, that probably means the amount of perfect IV's of 31 it has. Anything that is not a perfect IV is apparently unacceptable.

I have 15 as of now, Though I've given 3 - 4 away on Wonder trade.
And I got some from trading, Some from the Friend Safari and one was from a random horde battle which I gave away.
