Hi! thanks for doing this giveaway! I hope to get a chocolate cake collectible! Im too poor with tbt so I thought Id give this a try even though I usually dont win in lottery, random number, or giveaways like this!

I visited your DA and here's what I have to say . . .
One of my favorite thing to do in acnl is dream address visiting finished towns!
Not sure if you wanted a critique or review but i guess Ill do both! I dont know how valid my review will be because I am a picky person but you can take whatever you like from the review I give you.
I see this isn't a finished town yet but like all dream addresses I have visted, you have a good map, placement of maps & villager home, resident home, and pwps. Good landscaping/gardening so far! I also like how it was easy to walk around. Some people's down line up their town with a bunch of trees and bushes so you can only follow one path all around the town.
Preston's house....
The following are my two favorite rooms: upstairs beach room and the room with the minimalist series! (I dont know how to upload pics from here, trying to send pics to my computer via email hopefully itll work. laptop doesnt have sd card slot. )
I suggest you pick a town theme to base your designing. For instance, my town theme is a summer vacation get away! If you do have a theme, I am sorry if I could not figure it out. Your town name is Oxford and one of your character name is Preston so itd be cool if I could see an English/Victorian town!! You also have a brick path, so you can definitely pull it off. I see that you have stone path with clovers and some cedar trees. Maybe it can turn into a modern/or vicotrian English/London, England town set in autum season? The houses can be also decorated into a cottages. Or old French village town like you see Beauty and the beast? Haha I would happy to see a Professor Layton theme town too!
hhah since Halloween is coming up, I even see potential of this town turning into a Hansel & Gretel theme. Create the candy house, plant a bunch of orange and apple trees, have a witch character & hansel character& gretel character. You can leave a trail of candy as a symbol alluring the children! Set the town at night time!!: )
Around your retail area you have bamboos and pwps like the hotspring & zenbell. hmm maybe you were going for a 4 season town (summer, fall, spring, winter)?
So for me, I like towns that have themes or consistency of some sort. I also pay great attention to the houses. Many people's addresses Ive visited are great at designing the town but neglect the house decorations! I give bonus points to those who have a theme and cover all their furnitures with custom made qr patterns!
Honestly, theres so much to do for your town still so I cant really say your town is perfect or horrible yet.
