My island is almost done, so once I'm finished ordering the rest of the furniture I need, I'll probably upload it. I would have liked to have the whole mermaid set for my house before doing so, but I don't think that's gonna happen. I guess I can always just reupload once I acquire the rest of the set (assuming the uploading process works like NL).

I have this weird empty part in the middle of my island that is kinda just full with trees or random furniture that I can't decide where to put it haha 
Like the front part of my island is all good to go I finished it the other day. The very back has just 1 little more thing to complete, but the middle :/ just looks like I dumped everything there which I did hahaha

Im still working on tbis one thing, the grand entrance to and residents services though ive made a lot of progress im exhausted.. its been taking me hours and its not even close to done... im at almost 300 hours played.. and the islands not even close to done on the entrance mind u nothing else is done besides the entrance thats not even done.. and last night i found out about all these items i wish i had so i could use it for the design but that would entirely change the design so im just like omg idk anymore... i just dont have hardly any items.... i compiled a list of things i need and it was HEFTY

Nope. My island will always be wip and it’s currently a hot mess. Visitors can enjoy the chaos. It’s no where near done anyway because I want some season locked and refuse to tt for that. I want to be able to enjoy the new seasons as they naturally come.

I will be opening my island for the dream world, and will tidy it up a bit for that,
but it will never be done and construction sites will probably always be there lol.
I don't need to visit 100% done island too! visiting a work in progress is just as much fun,
and can give me some creative ideas for my own island too ^-^

No, not yet. I'm still trying to breed too many flower varieties before I finalize where I'll put each color and type of flower, so for now my island is going to have to stay a bit messy. Also, I have to figure out what to do with the main room in my house, and also actually make a good-looking front yard, and decorate my second character's house, and re-plant several of my flower beds, and make a museum gift shop, and trade to get several dozen items to complete my outdoor areas...
There's way too much to do to get it all ready in time for the dream suite to open! -panics- I may just have to let visitors come in and judge my unfinished nonsense, lol.

Just started massive terraforming so the island looks like a bomb has hit as I map out space is gonna take a good couple of weeks to even have stuff in the right place before I even get to making it look nice! Lol if someone wants to dream of a pig sty then Hobbiton is it!

I’m going to take my time. I have no ideas atm aside from ones that I’ve been working on and am stuck on. I kinda wish I could figure out how to make do with what furniture is available (both in general and in this season), but I’m really stumped. Then there are the diys I can’t get rid of lol and the flowers that I have no idea what to do with.

I've been doing a complete overhaul of my island for the past two or three days. Wasn't directly related to the update being released...but, the timing is convenient. Just something that has been super-overdue, and it was getting to the point where I didn't really like playing anymore, because, my island was really boring and plain. I'd say I'm about 75% finished with my redesign, and I'm pretty happy with it at this point.
