Yes, but that doesn't mean that Nintendo should take it out. It's been involved in so much hunting for a particular fish that it's becoming one of the staples in the franchise. And yes, we should make seabass illegal even though we are set on a deserted island.

That is actually how I feel too. I don't like the sea bass but I do like having something to hate. So in the end I hope it stays lmao

Also you can always release them or sell them easily, it never bugged me too much

If not the sea bass, it'll be something else. It's usually the norm in games like this where there is the one collectible/fish/etc that is the most common and serves as an annoyance. I honestly don't hate it. It's annoying, but that's what makes it so exciting to finally pull up the fish that you were looking for that's rarer and has the same shadow size as the sea bass. Really, it feels like a bigger accomplishment because of how annoying the sea bass is. Lol
