Will the flames ever become giftable?

It seems weird since most collectables from events are normally giftable

Probably not, as they are more of a 'trophy' collectible that showed you participated than one you should be trading away. A similar thing applies to the Fair patches, they wouldn't mean much if anybody could get one!

I doubt it. Someone that just buys one from someone else doesn't have creativity, just wealth.

I don't think they will, some holiday/event collectibles aren't able to be gifted after all.

I wish they did, my mote looks horrible with my other collectables.

There are no plans to do so. As other posters have explained, we believe it's important that some collectibles remain untradable.
