Will snowmen prevent villagers from plotting at a certain spot?

I will be plot resetting for Cheri tomorrow and I do not want her in a certain spot which is the top of a certain OC house, but I forgot to place a PWP at the spot and instead built a camping cot. Snowmen are my only hope to stop the villager from plotting at the certain spot, but will it work?

Oh, I already saved so there's no resetting. Unless there's another way. (I already know fake rocks can stop them)

You could go back to the day you invited Cheri (if that was the last day you played) and build another PWP at the certain spot. But your post said you built a camping cot, so I don't know if you mean you already built it at that spot or you built something else instead...

Go back to the day I invited Cheri? Its too late, I got it from a cycler and she obviously Time Travelled a day. I already built it at the spot next to the Campsite. Not at the top of the house.
