will servers eventually shutting down affect badges?

been trying to collect all badges for my town mayors for a while now and was wondering - when the servers eventually shut down (i don't think that they've yet said anything about when, but i guess it'll happen eventually), which badges will be affected by it?

dreamer? visiting/hosting players? will nearby visiting still work?

The only one that would be impossible to obtain is the Dream Suite badge, all the others could be obtained by local communication.
