So I'm planning out the path pattern I want to use for my town. I found this really cute path code that matches my town's planned theme. The only problem is, it takes 11 slots of patterns! I was hoping we could bypass 1-2 of them?

Let me know which codes you think I could just not use. I'm not well versed on pathing.

Here it is:

That's a cute path. I think it depends on what you plan to do with it. If all your paths will be double wide, then you shouldn't need the two single wide codes near the top. If you want any triple wide paths or to fill in the area around your town tree or train station, then you'll want the top left QR code with no borders. However, if you don't plan to do those things, you could probably do without it.

Good luck with your pathing!

Unless you want them for extra decorating, you can ignore the two single wide paths. I've used a pattern like this in the past and the design worked out despite me leaving them out. :D

I'm sure your paths will turn out lovely, whatever you do.

You could definitely narrow it down to cut some corners! The borders might not be super seamless but they probably will not look too different without a lot of them because the colour scheme is so similar. I have a similar pathing solution in my town where I only use 4 slots for paths with unique "borders" around them:

I use the borderless ones as my regular stepping stone type path or "filler" paths for anything wider than 2x2. I actually wrote a post similar to this question (here) with some examples of how limited paths will look like in your town! All the paths I used (plus a few extra slots) all fit on my mayor and still looks pretty decent without all the extra corners. You can pick similar versions (in terms of unique borders) from those QRs and see how it works out :> Good luck!
