"deliver" -- Jingle

Clues are redeemed. The URL for them even has "redeem" and works the same way puzzles do in the backend, it just contains a special code so you can't just guess it at will.

• junk can refer to junk mail or spam mail
• opting out can refer to unsubscribing or opting out of emails and newsletters and subscriptions etc.

Clues are a link to a redemption code. It's usually a bunch of letters and numbers like ASF7ASF6A5A so we can't just guess it in the code box.

Possibly Pete-related since Pete is the actual courier and he can appear around your town at mail-delivery time. And I think all three of the pelicans can appear in Brewster's Cafe which would be a little more 'irregular'.
