Wii music

I loved this game. I think it was highly underrated and trashed without getting its due credit for what it was. I loved messing around, making videos with different instruments in mind.

It was lacking in content. I'd say that was the only bad thing about it, really.

It was fun for the little bit you could do on it.

With a lot more songs & stages this game would've stayed swell. DLC is possible for the Wii U so that's why I'm looking forward to it on Wii U.

Its very fun for the first day or two. I'm looking forward to a Wii U music though.
Actually miyamoto
(one head developer of wii music) recently said wii music was going to be seeing a wii music plus he said it wont be wii music 2 but more like wii fit and wii fit plus its not a sequel just waaay more things added to the game.

I totally agree i've been making some remixes of songs lately and i feel like their masterpieces and i wanted to share them with people so bad so they can give their feedback and w/e but the games "dead"

I agree with you somewhat i just know seeing my mii play an instrument as complicated as a violin makes me feel good inside.

Ah, i see. Early last year or the year before Miyamoto had said he wanted to make A Wii U music with a lot more content & maybe even online play cause some people were displeased with the one on Wii. Guess all that news isn't relevant anymore :X

Wii Music was great! I haven't played it in ages but a Wii U Music would be amazing, considering they'd be that touch screen controller. I don't know if Nintendo would make another one though as they are quite busy at the moment.

I loved this game and played it loads when it came out. I was really pleased with some of my creations - it was a shame how there wasn't an easy way of being able to share what you'd done with others and see what other people had made. I remember particularly liking my version of the K.K. Blues theme.. DLC would have been great for this - it desperately needed more Nintendo songs, which were the ones I spent the most time tinkering with. Like other posters have said, Wii Music got unfairly bashed when it came out, as it wasn't what people were expecting or used to in a music game. Yes, sometimes what you made sounded horrible, and yes, sometimes it felt like you weren't fully in control, but it was still certainly possible to be creative, for example in the choice of instruments or by adding a swing beat. I don't hold out much hope for a sequel, despite what Miyamoto has said, but if there was one, I'd get it without a moment's hesitation.

Never played it, I'd quite like to give it a go, though.
Bought it. Played it. Not that great. Still owns it and not sure why.

It was good, especially with the Zelda themes but apart from that, I got bored of it quickly. It wasn't great in all honesty. If other's enjoyed it, then fair bet. But I didn't.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say in my last post that I'm a teacher, and I once used this in a Music lesson to teach the children about building up layers of instruments and different genres - they loved it! In my last Music lesson of the year last summer, I brought in Rhythm Paradise for the Wii for them to have a go on too. I even convinced one of them to ask for it for their birthday!

Now with Rhythm Heaven/Rhythm Paradise you can not go wrong! That is by far my favorite Music/Rhythm game!
