Why Won't Naomi Move Out?

So, last week, this disgusting blue cow named Naomi moved into my town. I decided to do the "moving cheat" where you talk to everyone in your village, time travel ahead 5 days and see who is moving, then say no if you like them and continue until the person you want out says they're moving. I made sure someone else moved first so she would move...but I've tried it dozens of times and she has not once asked me to move! Everyone else has asked multiple times and I don't know why she won't move, any advice?

That seems logical now, seeing as how the two villagers new villagers don't ask to move but my befriended villagers do. Thanks! I'll try that

Yeah, its as if a villager, if they have a high level of friendship with you, has "accomplished" everything when they become good friends with you. Having accomplished evrrything, they want to move.

Dont forget to keep on talking to the ones you want to keep. If you dont talk to them for 1 week, they will NOT ping you before they move. I have lost a few during tting.
