Yeah, I've tried it as well and it didn't make a difference for me either. I like this one better. But you won't be able to do it now as it requires a lot of PWPs

Agreed. Keep plot resetting. I was doing it for a villager who kept getting it in almost exactly the same spot. It looked the same, anyway, and I was afraid I messed up so I resigned myself to having them live there. I signed onto my mayor, and what do you know, they finally moved their plot to a much better place. I was super happy.
