Why I'm still here

I don't know really. I guess out of boredom. But also to talk to some people here. i mostly lurk topics and never post.

I agree with what Pally said, things aren't as awkward to say irl.

I believe internet friends are better than friends irl. Well, at least in some situations they are.

Number one reason I'm still here are the friends.
It's great to be able to laugh with someone without them having to look at your face and reading your expression that something's wrong. A lot of the friends I've made here have helped me a lot through things I would never feel comfortable explaining in real life. Oh and of course the laughs. Many of your guys' humor is just so great.
But another reason I'm still here is that there's at least someone, one person who I know for a fact will never judge me. I can pour my heart out to her and she just understands we seem to click so well. She knows so many things that go on in my life and I do about hers. I also honestly don't ever think we've ever gotten into a single fight. <3

I came here thinking it was for AC but,it wasnt I realized that it was so much better thatn just AC.It was so fun here I had to stay,there are things im interested in besides AC.Like Bacon Boy said you can enjoy it for a long time I came here for a small place for AC and a couple people to play with,I found so much more.I can get away from my complicated life and hang with friends.When I was here for about one week,people welcomed me in like ive been here a long time teated me well(exepty for a select few)this place is so awesome I come here with my spare time always(not ALL my spare time)unlike in real life I can talk to people older than me,usually older people just say "hi"as I walk by(exept one).I keep coming for the fact of more friends that care about what I say,most just say "cool"or something short,then they mension it later.mostly they do listen but I could name a bunch of times they didnt.another reason is this place is so well rounded we talk about things on facebook to video games to youtube pokemon to TF2.I must admit this place is very interesting and addictive at times.plus this place is also funny I can expect the best humor from everyone.

I was googling tips to make bell son AC:CF and this place popped up. I don't see a connection...but I sayed becaues it's nice to know that there's other people around the world that might share the same interests and things like that. I stayed because I guess I got attached to all the members here, even if I don't really talk to anyone like I know them as friends. But in a way, you guys are my friends. this forum has some special quality that makes you want to stay...I don't know what it is, but it's doing a helluva job. :3

It started out with me seeing some Animal Crossing: City Folk videos on YouTube, actually from the TBT channel(though I didn't realize that until later), and since it looked pretty cool, I asked for it for my birthday. I got it, and after a week or so I wanted to wifi with someone, so I joined some forum that I never posted on because I hated it. Then I found TBT, and joined for a few days. I abandoned it for like, 2 months, then remembered about it and got back on. I don't play ACCF(or the Wii, for that matter) much, and I am just staying for the community. Had some good times with some members in xat, tinychat, and facebook, made some friends I consider closer than the few friends I have in real life. I've tried to quit, but just can't, you guys keep making me want to come back. It'll be sad to see TBT die when it does.

I came here because Jeremy showed me this place, at the past I thought it was just a chat room... a few months later I found out it was way more than that.
It's a chat room, a gaming site, chilling out and lot's more!
Thats why I stayed.

People here, don't, and can't judge you. And plus the precepts here are so much better than the society that school has. It's not about flashy things, it's about legitimate discussions & debates. Why I'm here? Same reason for a lot of people, the conversations I have here are deeper than those of my peers and family members. I could never act the way I do here to anyone I know in real life or I'd be given strange looks or be tossed to the side. Everyone here is an equal, and there's no excuse to hold you hire than others, even if they're newer, or a little less mentally developed. Give them time, and you'll be able to hold a discussion. And then there's the entertainment and fun I have here with other members just doing simple things like playing video games. Also unlike real life, you have all the time in the world to think when having a discussion, so you can always return to old debates when you've made your answer clear.

tl;dr - Everyone is equal. Discussions are deeper. And you've got time to think.
