Paula. This bitty was my first uchi in New Leaf and I hated her guts so much. Her design annoyed me, I hated the stupid grin on her face, and her headband made it look like she had a third eye (but not in a cool way). She was so rude to me, and would always low key threaten me by saying things like "its dark outside, so watch yourself." She and I really did not get along, and I thought I hated uchi personalities, but then I got Diva and all was well, and now uchis are one of my favorite personalities of the game!
Charlise. In happy home designer I thought it was so disgusting and despicable that she requested a rafflesia in her "home," plus some other nasty furniture too. Her eyes seemed to taunt me as I was forced to put that awful plant in her "dream house." I don't know man, I was just so offended that she wanted that yucky smelling parasitic flower around her at all lmao
Jaques. Although he is kind of cute, I couldn't stand his personality. He annoyed me to no end, and I just wanted him out of my town lol. To this day, smug is my absolute least favorite personality in New Leaf, to the point where I almost had no smugs in my town at all.
An honorable (dishonorable?) mention to this list would probably be Boomer, who I had recently in New Horizons. He was cute, but I HATED how he would always talk about the bugs in his floor. He was one of my first villagers, so he had the starting villager house, which for lazys was a dirt floor and dirty looking wallpaper. Similar to Charlise, I thought how he lived was unacceptable and offensive (lol) and he was shortly kicked out. I felt bad about it though, because he was pretty cute otherwise, I just couldn't stand his bugs.
Although I hated these villagers with a burning passion, I never hit them with nets or gave them trash (unless they asked for it *cough* Charlise *cough*) because I feel like thats going too far, even though im talking about NPCs lol. But I had to let my anger out somehow, so I often trash talked them to my sister irl hahahaha
*Also another note about Charlise and Boomer- I'm a germaphobe irl, and keep my room/house spotless and neat at all times, to the point where I was once diagnosed with OCD, so thats probably why I get so heated when villagers have "dirty" life styles...
She has basically become a part of the town now.
I almost reseted because of her, I swear she is stalking me. I want a restraining order 
Haven't managed to get her to ask to leave yet, and the sad thing is I might have actually kept her permanently in NH had I never had a bad experience with her in NL.
