why do people want specific bushes?

Well people won't want red flowers blooming in their blue town ykno. I personally like to have them match, considering that bushes do have color and 'texture' differences. Random bushes just sort of look messy.

I really like the idea of changing bushes according to the season but that would be way too much work for me, and collecting 50+ bushes for every season would be hell for my cash pile.

I have a gray themed town with white flowers... I have the blue hydrangea bushes right now but I really dunno what bushes I should go for considering that nothing really fits the theme I got.. There's no really white bushes ykno.

I use all the different types of bushes, but I don't use different types next to each other because I think they look mismatched.
I like the sweet olive bushes best though because I like both when they are in bloom and what they look like when they are in bloom best. I try to use them the most.
