This is a rather subjective question. My favourite villager is Drago but I find him "cool" rather than "cute". I'm really unsure which one to choose because I have a hard time as it is to choose my villagers. If I had to choose a few it would be Stitches, Lily, Erik and Fauna. I also have a lot of history with these four so maybe there's bias because of that too.

I think Lolly is the cutest villager for me. She's my favorite villager since New Leaf. Love her color scheme and theme of her design. And she's super adorable when she sings or dances

Molly, Tia, and Chai were tied for close second cutest villager. Especially Chai, because of the tiny teacup on top of her head.

Molly. But I find ducks really cute. Esp if they are depicted with rain gear or mud spots. Molly isn't but she looks good in yellow which always makes me think of rain gear and her default shirt is yellow.
It is hard not to pick Dom or Rex, the dogs, or even Sprinkles honestly.

What an impossible question! Far too many qts, would be easier to pick by species. but if I had a slingshot to my head, I'd probably choose Molly or Cranston. Molly just makes me want to scoop her up and hug her, and Cranston's perfected the derpy cute look.

Such a hard question!!! But if I had to pick... I'd say Flurry... she's so short and smol.. and white.. and cute.. and when she was in my town I would call her my little McFlurry, like the ice cream... she's so precious!
Also, every single squirrel villager is the cutest, their swirl design on their tails are adorable!!
