I make a point of talking to Tommy when I want to do something at Nook's Cranny because I want to give him a chance to speak for himself. I'm sure Timmy doesn't mean to overshadow his brother so much, but he does haha.

Thank you for making this thread, op! I always welcome any opportunity to state my appreciation for Tommy XD I noticed Tom nook seems to underestimate him all while setting up timmy as his apprentice like in the first days on the island he assigned him with opening the shop. I feel Timmy seems more in charge in general. Anyways, i like Tommy more so i find him cuter even though they look the same to me ha! If we are talking personality then i like them both but still lean a little more towards Tommy. Ugh their names confuse me a bunch! I hope i made it clear who wins my vote even if i mixed names somehow lol.

but in all seriousness although I love both of them, Tommy wins out by a smidge more simply because of the first week or so of New Horizons where he'd walk around with his little flag. He's too precious!

Timmy! He seems more eager to help. Always waiting by the door to greet you first instead of hanging around in the shop without actually doing anything productive. He's also the one that calls me daily, you can tell he cares. Timmy's definitely the core of the business
