Resetti? Omg, I agree 100% with you. He's so annoying and I don't even pay attention to what he says when I don't save the game. I just keep spamming the B button until he's done talking.

I don't care for badges as well.It's good that I don't see him much in my town.

Hmmm... that's a hard one, because there isn't any villagers/special characters that I dislike.

But having Rover in NL was kinda pointless. You only ever see him when you create a new character/town and that's it. He was probably only in the game as a reference to the original AC on the Gamecube.

I actually didn't see him ^^" I probably did, but I do't remember anything about him, lol.

Idk I really don't like Rover, like he's actually pointless. I get they wanted to be creative when doing the starting off **** and creating your character, but I would have preferred if we had the option of customizing our avatar like most games, not the game choosing your look based off the choices you choose. Plus it takes longer and he blabbers nonsense the whole time, I swear.
