I also picked Chief, I just think he’s adorable and can fit in with lots of different towns. Diana is a close second and I love her house exterior a lot too. Maybe look up each of their houses to see which one would fit well in your town!

I have Molly in my town currently and she is so sweet. I've had Diana in one of my other towns before but didn't like her personality. It's up to you but I voted Molly just because I have her currently and I think she's great.
