I did this for a couple of items. I am hoping as it wasn’t a gift but a cooking ingredient they won’t display them ? I honestly didn’t think about this. Hopefully fish was added to dish and it is now in the villagers tummy

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Just a swap of ingredients so whatever you gave them should be cooked up in the villagers dish rather than displayed. Hopefully it's true.

I only caught one thing in advance, and I've already finished the event with Livia!

This is I think the best event the game has done yet, because you end up having eight tasks to complete, plus additional ones if you want to help out your cooking villagers. Took me several hours to complete, which was great!

I did everything in 2 hours it was a really fun event, can not wait for the next one

aaaaa i took a break during the whole halloween (october) update and up until recently I haven't really gotten on~ I have no pumpkins, we'll see how this goes!

Other than the fact I had a small patch of pumpkins and harvested a few, I did next to no prepping and still was able to complete everything. Most of the materials I could gather myself, but the villagers helped me out with the ones I couldn't find, namely the Dungeness crab.
