I wasn't expecting the Philippines to win it consecutively. Has there been a case where one country won it consecutively? I don't keep track haha well anyway.

To be honest, I didn't like her answer when asked about the most significant change for the last ten years. She could've easily said the advancement of technology and social media. Something like that. I thought Haiti would win it but France deserves it, I guess, having the best answer in the final round.
