I'm not a time traveler. And I don't have amiibo cards. I also don't look to get any of my favorites from other people's islands if they're in boxes.

I'm in it for the long haul. I'm in no rush to get every villager I want right away. The process and randomness of searching for villagers is part of the journey and a huge part of Animal Crossing I love.

Annalisa: She's pretty and adorable and the cutest thing ever.
Lucky: Precious baby.
Groucho: A total sweetheart, I fell head over heels for him when I met him on an island. Never thought that I'd like a bear character this much.
Most likely Pate: She's just so endearing! I'm a little sad about her house since she was one of my original five, but I don't want her to leave since the relationship with her feels more "authentic" then most of my other villagers, if that makes sense.
Possibly Tabby: I like how bizarre and yet cute she looks and I wouldn't mind having one or two cats as my permanent residents.

Not staying:
Hazel: She was one of my first two and I like her a lot. Letting her go will be hard, but if she wants to, I'll wish her the best of luck.
Lily: She's okay, I like her, but she seems a little generic. Pretty, but nothing about her stands out to me. We have bonded a little, but Annalisa, who is the same personality type, seems to be way more active and charming.
Prince: Another cutie, but one lazy is enough for me and he also comes with a generic house.
Graham: Not really my cup of tea. He's okay, I guess.
Agnes: She turned out to be a little disappointing. I do like her design a lot, but she barely ever seems to come outside and if she does, she always hangs out far away from anyone else.

For now I think that I would like to add Cherry, Olaf and Olivia (then I'd have two dogs, two cats and two anteaters) and possibly Tia. Don't know about a tenth one, though. I'm lowkey angry at myself for passing Olaf on an island once. I've been contemplating for minutes whether or not I wanted to invite him and decided against it because he was the wrong anteater
