I honestly am the wrong person to ask who is popular and in what order. So, I'll just nod my head and agree with everyone else.

I think my top ten favorites are:

3. Ankha (mostly because of how unique her appearance is and less her personality)

6. Kiki
7. Felicity
8. Dotty
9. Pudge ~ ever since I saw someone's screenshot of him in a sailor's shirt, I couldn't stop thinking that he was cute even though I never really looked at him with interest before I saw that screenshot

Some of them might go before another or are almost if not equally liked to another one on my list. This is really hard because I'm really attached to most of my current villagers ~ including Gaston and Harry; but I don't think they're the cutest and if I didn't have them in my town or got to know them, I wouldn't want them in my town. So, it's hard for me to not include them on the list...
