So Im cycling out dreamies to restart and all of a sudden Whitney moved into my town. I figured since she is Tier 1, I would auction her off. I will end this when she is in boxes. Since I am restarting, I have a wifi rating limit(will take bells in NEW town). I want people with 10 or higher/ people that I trust that I have traded with before.
