Which villager(s) were nearly impossible for you to move out?

Merry sat in my town from September to April realtime and we were at best-friends status for most of that period--which I know because I ended up with five of her pics. She was my first move-in after the starting five! Not once in all that time did she ask to move.

I didn't do any tricks to get her out, because I don't really mess with the game that way, but man I was happy when she finally did ping. Not that I hate her or anything but she had seriously outstayed her welcome. Most frustrating part was she'd ping me pretty much every day and it'd always be something like "I need a new catchphrase" or "can I have your sea bass?"
 
Friga, Bubbles, and Sylvia in the wayyyy beginning were a pain to move out, but I think it was because I was low friendship with them. I talked to them occasionally but ignored them for the most part. None of them gave me their pictures so I know I wasn't at high friendship with them. I had a similar problem with Soleil later on (I was mistreating her and hitting her with a net T.T) but I felt guilty so I warmed up to her and befriended her and she moved out shortly after. So it was kind of bittersweet to let her go ;~; For me, the befriending method works the best.
 
Merengue and Molly from my first town. They took forever to move, omg. Especially Molly.
 
Scoot. Good night that duck took forever to move. He pinged me once saying he was moving, and when I said ok, he was he was gonna stick around "to make sure I don't slack off in my work outs." I almost cried. But then I read a way to get a villager to move if they have high friendship, and it worked! So now I have my wonderful Savannah!
 
Hazel... she grew on me after a while but god her house was literally RIGHT in front of my bridge and ugh she just had to go ; o ; I think out of all my original nine she was almost last... could've been last if I let pietro go earlier sigh
 
I'm trying to trade Camofrog for Julian right now and he WILL NOT BUDGE. this is the third time he's been in my cycling town and this time is seems he doesn't want to go.

Camofrog, and MARSHAL.
I've had marshal since the beginning of time on my cycling town and he has never pinged, I have cycled out hundreds of animals.
 
In my very first town (ages ago) Wart Jr refused to move. Eventually he did though.
 
I need to make Kidd and Teddy move out from my town.

We'll see how it goes but knowing my luck, it'd take forever.
 
Did I mention Bella yet? She was the worst. I lost Kid Cat because of her too. I TT'd IRL for days to get her out.
 
Please camofrog~ Just get out!!!! I've been TT for him to leave for 4 days now. 4!! I have all new villagers except him and marshal!!! he's driving me crazy!
 
Buck. He hasn't left yet even though I've tried all the tricks I know to getting villagers out.
Edit: a day after I posted this I was informed by Molly he was thinking about moving. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS.

I've been trying to TT out Croque for almost a year now (Ingame.).
Jesus Christ I just want that ugly thing to leave please.
 
I had Coco the ugly bunny in my town from the start and I wanted her out ASAP. So nine months later she decided to leave. Two days before she's planed to move out she got sick. The day to come move her out comes and she's still sick in her house. She didn't end up moving. Then three weeks later she pinged and I tt to the day and voided her. Thank The Lord.
 
Frita. It's been three months (in-game; it's actually just been two months irl) and she's stayed put right next to town hall, which is a no-villager zone for me. Today, however, oh happy day; she finally pinged to move. She's leaving in 5 days and the angels couldn't sing 'hallelujah' loud enough.

marshal took like 2 weeks to finally ping and move. i'm in this situation with merengue right now too and she doesn't look like she's going to move any time soon. normals and smugs are usually always stubborn for me and i can't get them to move out as quickly as every other villager
