Since we're using it for a town name, I think Oakville will suit best

Just means a town? others easy to say: Oakmere - 'Mere' means a lake or water, so maybe good for a watery based town? Also like Oakham & Oakwood for similar reasons. Oakberry I would change to Oakbury as it is easier to say and is a place in RL googling what place names mean might help - tho this depends on whether the town has a 'theme'.
