So, I've been googling the answer but haven't really found one that fully answers my question. I counted two of my bridges and that would make a total of 25 in my town, BUT... I did renovate all the bridges, none of them is the original. And I ran across a very old thread (2013) that said that after a patch they all counted, even the one that could have been considered the original, and other people say that the campsite counts, which I thought it didn't.

In other words I'm very confused. Does anybody know if the 30 and what counts changed with the amiibo update?

please and thankyou!♥

One more thing, I'm open to hacking. So if anybody knows a way around the 30 through the hacking, the answer would be very much apreciated :lemon:.

As far as I'm aware and I've experienced (atleast since the amiibo update), is that all PWPs you place in your town (not the market) count towards you 30 PWPS, this includes bridges, cafe, everything. The only thing I can't confirm is if the reset place counts because I don't have one.

Including the original bridge too, it counts that one.

i thought permanents didn't count? like the cafe and reset center bc you can't move their location?

(if not, i'm.....screwed lmfao.)

Sorry you're right permanents don't count but everything else does.
I agree with the theee bridge limit already they shouldn't count to the 30

oh okay, thank god lmfao. yeah, same. bridges are necessary features? you literally can't delete them all so...why this acnl

I think I recall being able to count exactly 30 PWPs in the list that Isabelle gave me when I asked to demolish something once I'd already reached the maximum allowed.

Which basically means that any PWP that can be removed counts, and that every one that can't doesn't. Which might explain why the caf? and police station don't count but the bridges do.

Hope that helps :P

I thought the original bridge is the only bridge that does not count as an extra pwp. If you get rid of your original bridge and rebuild it somewhere else then it will count.

okay, awesome. thanks for the confirm!!!

but see that's funny because it's even more of a confirmation that at least one of the bridges shouldn't count in the count, because you cannot remove them all at the same time. by their own rules, bridges don't fall under the category of flat removable pwps. lol

I think they used to have that in the system until an update, atleast I think that is true by the info I found googling. But the patch that brought the bridge counting thing was a long time ago, like from 2013. Which means that they could perfectly patch the bridges to not count. grr -.-

General knowledge is that the original bridge isn't supposed to be included in the count unless you demolish or replace it with a different type. I'm not sure about it now after reading the replies. Maybe it really has changed after the WA update? o: Did anyone test this? I didn't know that cafe and other permanent don't count. Great! That means I still have a few more PWP slots to think about :)

ahh no wonder. I always thought bridges didn't count and I was confused that Isabelle wasn't letting me build more pwps :(
