Which Personality Do You Prefer to Duplicate?

Cranky for me, mostly because of Dobie and Apollo - can't pick one over the other.
...I'm also torn between Snooty, because I also would have a hard time picking between Tasha and Ankha.

Some people dislike doubling up, but there is also exclusive dialog all of us will never see if we don’t double up every villager type at some point, as they each have specific different dialog between each other!

Smug & Sisterly!

I like the smug dialogues, even though now that I've had two for a month or so it does get a little repetitive.

I also have double Lazies and Peppies. I don't mind them. I think ideally I'd prefer sisterly since Cherry is the only one I've seen really evolve! She definitely warmed up to me and I saw her dialogue change as she knew me better, which sadly isn't quite the case with any other villager so far. They seem to all like me fine, as they did from the beginning...

I have two lazies, since I ran into Beau on an island after I already had and really liked Zucker. So they're both staying. That leaves one other type to have two of. I have two Crankys right now, but would really like to have two Snootys since there are so many Snooty villagers I love.

smug and either peppy or cranky, i think. i can barely stand my ONE lazy's talk about the bugs in the floor, i don't think i could manage two. and as much as i love the normal villagers, their dialogue is sooooooo boring to me.

Definitely normal/sweet as they're my favourite and there's a tonne of cute normal villagers. After that it's hard to choose because I love the look of a lot of peppies but I have two atm and it's a bit much! Maybe sisterly or smug. Lazies and crankies are great but I think I only need one of each.

smugs and snooties! And I'd be interested in knowing how the results would change if the personalities weren't attached to certain characters. Cause I personally find the normals pretty boring to talk to (AC gave them really repetitive/bland dialogue in NH) but a LOT of normal villagers are really cute so even I find myself wanting to have more than one

I currently have two smug villagers and two uchi villagers, but I would choose to have two normal and two snooty villagers, as they are my favourite personalities and include a lot of my favourite villager designs too.

Lazy is one I always seem to do unintentionally because there are just a lot of cute lazies. I didn't cast my second vote though because I feel that it's a tie between all of the female personalities, honestly. I usually just go with whoever I find cute. Last island I had two snooties and I'm apparently gonna have two peppys on this one!

smugs, cause their dialogue is so funny that I don't mind listening to it twice in a row. And after that probably uchi, snooty, or cranky depending on the villager. Peppys and Lazys are too high-energy for me to have two of them, and normals are the opposte - their dialogue is bland enough as it is (imo) so listening to it twice would make me want to stop talking to them in general

Probably it's also due to the lack of cool designs on the sisterly side. I mean, there are a few i guess but not even near to the variety of the normals.

i've got 2 jocks, scoot and stinky, 2 peppies, audie and tangy and 2 smugs, kyle and raymond rn. i had 2 lazies and 2 crankies at points but they got too repetitive for me

not too proud of the fact that i have 3 lazies and 3 smugs which i really need to fix but i love the cranky/smug dialogues and wouldn't mind hearing repeats of it!
