I usually have the Beautiful Town, although I've tried all four of them. I get the most use out of Beautiful Town, but if I plan on doing a massive Island beetle harvest, sometimes I'll set it to Bell Boom ordinance for a day or two and sell off hordes of beetles for some bonus bells, and then set it back when I'm done.
Which ordinances do you have in place, why do you like certain ones?

I usually have Beautiful Town because I'm lazy. Sometimes, like when I want to make gold roses, I switch to Bell Boom so I can make money at the same time.

Beautiful Ordinance, I have fields of hybrids and it would be a pain to water them all so it is a life saver, also doesn't generate as many weeds so it is useful for if I ever need to TT.

Mine's always beautiful; I've got 2 large murals, a giant bed of roses spelling out my town's name (Twinleaf) and my beach is covered from shore to shore in blue/pink roses, pink lilies, and every other color of carnation for breeding. I'd flip tables if they died because I forgot to water them 1 day.
I've only ever used Beautiful Town ordinance, makes my life a heck lot easier not having to remember to water the plants all the time. Plus, for some of my characters that I only play once every 2 weeks, I don't gotta deal with cockroaches

I have Night Owl because, well, I play a lot at night. I might need to change to Beautiful soon thanks to my growing hybrid patches, but I'll miss the town feeling alive at night so I'm holding out as long as I can!

I have the Beautiful ordinance. And I need it like that because watering flowers every single day is a pain! I know, it means no growing gold roses but oh well.

I have Bell Boom in place but I'm thinking of changing it back to Beautiful just because I hate logging in everyday to see wilted flowers simply because I don't water my flowers the previous night.
Since I've set the Bell Boom ordinance I actually only went to the island once to make money, got bored after about 10 minutes and left.

I find the Night Owl and Beautiful ordinances helpful.
I usually play late at night so the stores close too early without Night Owl. But now that I have tons of flowers, I'm forced to use the Beautiful ordinance because without it, they would die since I don't play every single day. I've been trying to play earlier in the day so that the stores or open so that's a struggle but what can you do?

Yeah, I feel you, but you can always have your game's time a few hours later from real's life
Beautiful town and bell boom are the only ones worth having unless you have a religious adherence to not time traveling at all. Most people have beautiful town so that they don't have to water their flowers or worry about weeds as much, but bell boom is useful for paying off your house upgrades and building PWPs, and you can get gold roses with that ordinance (I really wish you could get gold roses by watering healthy black roses with the golden watering can). I've also found some people who actually want trash from the river to decorate their house with.

I've stuck to Bell Boom because, like, I have no flowers in my town and I have no problem going around and cleaning up the weeds on my own when I need to. I mean like...almost no flowers, and I think it kinda weird. That, and I have no clue how to hybrid, nor do I have the money to be making paths just yet.

I have the beautiful town ordinance because I have far too many flowers to water.
I currently have the Beautiful Town Ordinance. This because I don't want to lose my hybrids in the case that I forget that I was breeding some, which happens a lot. Actually, I would prefer to have the Night Owl ordinance because of my complicated problem.
I don't really like to play Animal Crossing after sunset and on weekdays I'm most of the times not able to play before 7pm. I prefer to play in the morning and early midday but my schedule doesn't give me a lot of chances for that. Yes, I know I could just set my time about 8 hours earlier and I don't have any problem with time travelling but I still have this weird feeling with it. Maybe it's because I certainly will forget that I've bought turnips when I switch times from weekdays to weekenddays or the other way around or just my strong feeling of not playing the game in a fair way while I will TT 5 days ahead after I said that to move someone out.
For now I just stick to the Beautiful town ordinance as I don't see the point in the Early Bird town ordinance for me nor do I feel like I'll much more profit with the Bell Boom Ordinance. I'll probably switch to Early Bird town ordinance when I've my town the way I want it to be and I've the time to water my flowers everyday. What's better than giving Rosie a wake-up kiss?
I also forgot to mention the fact that I would love to let weeds go in freedom in my town when I change my town ordinance. I need clovers for the chance of finding a four-leafed one and the normal weeds for the badge. The moment I will start TT'ing for villagers I'll probably store all my hybrids, set my town ordinance to something else and hopefully have some luck with weeding.
