Which one is a better Cranky? Rolf vs Roscoe

Hello,

I am looking to remove a couple villagers from my town and in doing so I want to replace them with villagers with personality traits that I do not currently have. On my island I am missing the following types:

Cranky
Snooty
Sisterly (will be once I get Fuschia to leave)

So of the cranky villagers, Roscoe and Rolf, who do you think I should add to my town and why? You can see my current lineup in my signature. The villagers I intend to get rid of are Fuschia/Skye/and Kidd.

Also if you can suggest a Snooty and/or Sisterly villager that you think would be good to add as well Id be very thankful.

My personal favorite of the two is Roscoe, but I don't have anything against Rolf either. Your lineup of villagers doesn't seem to follow any particular theme for me to go off of when suggesting, though - is there a theme you're going for, or are you just doing villagers you personally like? Is there a reason you might prefer one of your cranky candidates to the other?

Given your pick of crankies though, I think you might like Agnes, Muffy, Reneigh or Cherry as your sisterly. There are a lot of snooty options to go through, but Ankha would be fun to pair with your Lucky, though she can be hard to get because she's super popular. (edit: though seeing as you have Raymond I'll assume that's not an issue, lol)

I personally would like Roscoe because of the black horse aesthetic and he stands out more.

Cherry or Pashmina could work for Sisterly. Muffy or Agnes if you decide against going Roscoe.

For Snooty, I would recommend Ankha, Blanche, Diana, or Olivia.

Roscoe and Mathilda for two demon-esque (?) villagers to fit Lucky
Muffy or Cherry would be uchis that fit that aesthetic too
But Ankha and Lucky are always a cool duo too!

Ah, I see, so Ankha and Cherry are a no then! Diana might be a good option since you're getting rid of Fuschia... (edit: whoops not Blanche bc of Flora hhhhh)

Ok, other options for snooty that might be good -
Amelia (eagle)
Mathilda (basically kangaroo Roscoe)
Whitney, since you're getting rid of Skye. Or Vivian depending on your taste

I had both Rolf and Roscoe in New Leaf and I gotta say, you can't go wrong with either. Two great choices for a cranky. Personally I think Rolf edges out Roscoe just slightly.

based on your current lineup (minus the ones you’re planning to move out), i think rolf would fit in best. as for snooty and sisterly, i’m gonna throw out these suggestions that i think would fit in nicely, too:

snooty: whitney, vivian, purrl, blanche, ankha (to go with lucky lmao)

sisterly: pashmina, deirdre

Roscoe. I love most horses and the black theme he has going on is cool. He looks so sinister until he talks about all of his bones aching. He is truly a dark horse in the AC universe.

As for the other types I am thinking Mira for Sisterly and unsure of the last. Never had Mira and dont know much about her but her superhero theme seems cool. Any opinions on her vs the other Sisterly options?

I had Roscoe in New Leaf, so I'm a bit partial towards him. I think Roscoe is a nice cranky to have.

I like them both, but knew Rolf before meeting Roscoe in WW, so Rolf.

Roscoe has Music hobby. I've never seen him naruto run.

It's a toss up for me between Roscoe and Rolf. Both are very cool. I have Roscoe on my island right now, but had Rolf in NL. I guess it comes down to color and theming in your town.

Roscoe having Music hobby just got me wondering about Rolf's hobby. According to this list, Rolf has fitness hobby. So I think there will be some differences that you might notice in day to day behavior. Roscoe will be more likely to sing and Rolf will be more likely to exercise, for what that's worth.

I love roscoe's design. He's my favourite villager. However, I don't like his interior that much if thats something that matters for you.

Although both are great choices, I'd go with Rolf. For a snooty, I would recommend Whitney, Vivian, Tasha, Olivia, or Yuka.
