Halloween, you can't beat costumes, candy & a night full of mischief

Halloween is my fav holiday but I'm more excited for Christmas. That time of year is so magical being around family and friends and watching Christmas movies and drinking hot chocolate and wearing onesies. <3
Christmas (and I'm not Christian) for a lot of reasons:
1) the presents (giving and receiving)
2) the nostalgia from when I was a kid
3) hot cocoa
4) the lights people put on houses
5) the shopping and gift sets
6) the breaks you're given to see your family

I love Halloween so dang much. Mostly because my brain is Halloween 24-7. I am a very spoopy person so it's less of like "I get to be what I'm not" it's more like, "everyone gets to be like me." So yeah, I am always super stoked, always spend too much time and money on decorating but it's ALWAYS worth it.
Christmas because presents and snow. I love Christmas gatherings too. Christmas just feels like a magical day/night and everyone is in a good mood and i like that. Another reason i love Christmas is hit cocoa. Christmas or winter in general is the best time to drink hot cocoa. I don't really celebrate Halloween anymore coz i think i don't like dressing up anymore but i do go to universal studios Halloween night which is spooky and fun.

Halloween. It takes place during Autumn, my favorite season, and its kind of a celebration of a bunch of things I like. I enjoy watching old horror movies and reading or listening to scary stories. I like all of the pumpkin-based food, dressing up, and jack-o'-lanterns.
Christmas is my second favorite because it's nice to see family you rarely get to interact with during the year, eat some cookies, and exchange gifts. It's fun to decorate the tree and if we're fortunate enough to actually get snow on or around the day, it makes for beautiful scenery and a nice atmosphere. It's a bit less exciting though, because it only lasts for a day and taking down the tree is a hassle. Meanwhile, I marathon horror movies all through October and really make Halloween last as long as possible.

and New Year's Day (whether Lunar, or Gregorian, or Rosh Hashanah, or other).
I'd bet in most countries, one of these two is the biggest major holiday of the year.

christmas. thanksgiving isn't celebrated at all in sweden and halloween isn't a big deal.
Christmas, because it has the best holiday food, plus it's a family holiday and there's gift-giving involved with it too.

Halloween for sure! I love the time of year since there's leaves on the ground, it's not too hot or cold, and pumpkin flavored stuff. I love picking out pumpkins and apples. And of course, Halloween is a lot of fun with lots of candy and Halloween parties and stuff.
Christmas is nice but I'm not a fan of how stores start advertising it as early as summer, the obnoxious music, and people being rude to get what they want. I guess once you work during the holidays, it really puts you off by how awful people can become. I think the only thing I like about it is decorating the tree and being around family. Overall, I think it's a very overrated holiday.
I sound like a grinch, haha.
