Which of the 4 islands would you choose?

This is a screenshot of the 4 islands I had to choose from back on release day before I decided on my island. 1 of the 4 is the island I currently have. Which one would you choose (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right) and why?

Top right. It has a nice land island thing (lighthouse land? Idk) and doesn't have 2 southern facing river exits.. Also.. You got some interesting looking ponds there in the top right and bottom right lol.

I don;t like any of them as they all look to have resident services close to the airport...

i really like my double souths, so if i actually had to pick one i'd probably cave and pick the double south one, but in terms of which one i find most visually pleasing i like the bottom left the best.

I’ve seen pics of some really close resident service buildings. I can confirm I had plenty of room to create an entrance plaza.

Top right. It's similar to the island I have now prior to terraforming and the Residents Services appears to be aligned with the airport dock like I reset for recently.

Nice! I actually did go with top right and the layout has worked out pretty well. I especially liked the pond in the upper right. I terraformed it a bit to have a little island in the middle.

I like the top right and bottom left the most C: the bottom left actually looks very similar to my current island map even down to the shape of the rivers, haha, and I haven't terraformed anything yet

I would have picked the top right map. It looks unique and different from the other options and I think it has a lot of space to work with.

That’s the one I picked! It had a good natural layout for what I wanted!

The placement of the residents service from the airport wasn’t anything I considered at the time but I am definitely grateful the one I chose has space!

Ahhhh nice! I attached a picture of my map when I started and I love it! I reset 20 hours for it and it has everything I wanted. My Resident Services looks cramped too, but there's enough room for a nice entrance. Your Resident Services looks to be much farther back though so I'm jealous!

I wouldnt pick any of these and would probably reset for a new map. At first i had no clue what i was looking for but now i know the most important thing is having the plaza either exactly centered with the airport or way out of the way
Id also like river mouths that are very far apart

My residents service is far back enough to put a bunch of stuff in and have a plaza. This is a pic of how I left it tonight. Will prob get rid of the hedges because they’re bothering me now that I’ve added a waterfall and other things. But you can see all that can fit between the airport and Resident Services.

Top right. I prefer a layout that looks spacious at first glance.

i personally would choose 2 - it looks kind of similar to my map and i like for rs to be on the left side of the airport rather than on the right ;w;

If I had to choose one and couldn't reset, bottom left, I have a strong East / South river mouth bias and of the two there that do that, that one is the best for sure in my opinion.

Personally I'd go with bottom right. It's interesting and there's a lot you can do with it
