So decorating towns and all is creative and cool but can also be painful when you have so many options to go for. Which flowers did you put together in your town?
I have patches of white and blue pansies together which look nice. All the roses look great with each other too, pink/red/white, red/yellow/orange, purple/blue/pink etc.
Gold roses actually go nicely with orange pansies, I'd recommend those.
Red cosmos and red tulips look nice together as do pink cosmos with pink tulips.
Almost all purple and blue flowers work well too.
However, I'm stuck with a lot of lilies, purple pansies, orange pansies and some orange cosmos too. On a similar note, what flowers work well for a nature kind of theme? Looking to decorate the area near the bus stop in my town but not sure what to use.
I do all kinds. I even like mixing red and yellow roses together. It's so bright and cheerful. I recently made an area with orange and yellow tulips. I love how it looks.
white violets and cosmos' best combo
alsco purple violets, any pink flower and any white flowers in a checker pattern is what i use mostly in my town too.

I think Orange and Yellow or Black Cosmos would look good. Orange Pansies seem to never go with anything but red pansies. :/ And it still looks a bit plain. I love Purple Pansies and Purple Tulips since the color purples being better shades of purple then other types, it really pops!
I tend to group my flowers together by typee, and not by color. but i think purple and orange can look good together, especially with halloween coming up, that's a halloween color combo for sure...
