From reading various threads around here, I know that some people are still playing the older games daily. I was curious, what games are you currently playing? It doesn't have to be daily, just whichever ones you're still checking in on regularly.

For me, I'm currently only playing New Horizons. However, I'm considering picking New Leaf and City Folk back up. I've played New Horizons a lot, but those are the two I always go back to.

Still playing New Horizons. Sometimes I think of going back to New Leaf, but I am scared of seeing my old town in a mess if I return now, after a year and a half. I am considering getting city folk, as I never had it before, so it would be fine to start from scratch.

I'm only playing New Horizons, which I'm still doing daily. I would like to revisit some of the older games at some point and play them for, like, a week or so, but that likely won't happen for awhile.

Just new horizons. Once I leave a game for a while, I fear coming back to the town, but don't want to reset.

City folk was probably the only game I didn't play for a decent amount of time as I just didn't like it.

I voted New Horizons, but i am really considering picking up some others. Mainly Wild World and New Leaf, quite possibly the gamecube version too. I miss Wild World so much, villagers don't feel the same anymore.

I am currently still playing New Leaf daily. I started New Leaf around 2017 so it's still not that old for me. Once I complete a few more goals in New Leaf, I'm thinking of either going back to GameCube or trying out Wild World.

GameCube was my first Animal Crossing, but I was only playing it once a week while visiting my brother because I never owned the system myself. So I know there's a lot I didn't get to experience in that first run. It'd be fun to start up a new town and play it on my own terms. The only downside is that I'd probably have to emulate it.

I never played Wild World, but since I've heard the dialogue is as good as, if not better than, the GameCube I'm interested in trying it out. Dialogue and interactions with the villagers is what I'm missing the most, so Wild World might be the key to filling that void. And since I think I can play it on my 3DS, that may make it the better option for me right now.

I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed with the wild world dialogue. One of the reasons I also plan on playing it again! Cranky villagers really were cranky!

i’m currently only playing new horizons, but i’ve been thinking about redownloading pocket camp now that i have friends who play it as well lol.

i only play new horizons right now. i logged in a few weeks ago into new leaf but i dont regularly play it anymore, i feel like it's too occupying playing two AC games at once.

I'm playing New Leaf and Pocket Camp daily, NL since around March and PC for about a month. I've had NL since release but never really got the chance to play it as much as I would've liked so it's been nice to return to it and be able to enjoy playing it. I'd never previously considered playing PC but decided to download it during a stay in hospital last month to relieve some boredom and quickly became addicted. There are so many great items available in it and it is great for decorating, which I really enjoy, and I enjoy visiting friends lovely campsites.

I still play New Horizons but not as regularly as I used to, mainly because I don't always have the time with other games and life commitments and also because I'm in a decorating slump on my island and am waiting for some inspiration. I'd had about a months break from the game but got back into it during the last couple of weeks and now try and visit my island every couple of days, even if it's just for a half hour. I still really enjoy the game when I do play it and I want to actually finish my island and complete the Nook miles achievements so even when I take bigger breaks from it I'm always drawn back.

Recently I picked up my copy of WW again and was pleasantly surprised with how much I have to do in that game. For now I enjoy it even mre than NH - wonky controls and pixely graphics aside. I love the interactions with my villagers and especially events like Ladida day and the flea market. I also love the random messages on the town hall notice board.

I don't have the time to daily any AC game (and I'm still feeling burnt out of the series as of now) but I still play NH often-ish, I still try to check on my new original AC town, and I play CF every few months or so just to see what's going on in my town

I'm currently playing Animal Crossing GCN and New Leaf daily. I've been participating in the morning aerobics in AC:GCN, if I do it for 14 days I can get an aerobics radio for my house. I also started a new town in NL about a week and a half ago so ive been having fun with that :)

I'm currently not really playing any of them. I've lost most interest in New Horizons and I've long completed everything I've ever wanted to in the other games. Though I've never played the Gamecube version before. I'm sure I'll stumble back into New Horizons here and there but gone are the days of playing it almost daily.

I still play New Horizons, but it’s definitely not as much as before. I think it got stale after a few months of playing, although I’m still really into Animal Crossing. I think it’s normal to lose interest in games or not play them as much, after playing them almost daily. If New Horizons brought back a few features from the older games, I’d consider playing more. Although, I’m not playing the game frequently anymore, I’m still an active part of Animal Crossing forums.

i still play NH daily, but not as much as i did around launch. sometimes i'll play for a little longer and do some fishing/nook tasks, but it depends how i'm feeling. i try to play NL (i have two towns) every other day, but i have a bad habit of forgetting to and leaving the game alone for weeks at a time -- fortunately, it seems to soft lock when i disappear, and none of my villagers have ever moved away. just recently, i picked up one of my WW copies and started playing that too. i've been playing it everyday for around a week now, and it's been... an experience. the graphics were certainly a bit of a shock to the system (i didn't remember them being quite that bad) and the controls are janky as hell, but it's a decent bit of fun. couldn't tell you why, since later games have improved on just about everything there was, but i think it's mainly down to nostalgia and having fond memories of playing it as a child since it was my first AC game. not a mainline title, but i also still play PC daily.
