Where's Gracie?

Afternoon all!!

It's probably been asked before but I couldn't see it. Anyone know the requirements to get Gracie to come and visit? I have the T.I.Y shop for at least a month. Am I just being impatient or do I need to do anything else?

You have to spend a certain amount of bells. If you did that, you must remember that she comes randomly.

I haven't seen her a single time in my town yet...
I think I'll never get the last shop upgrade, lol.

I saw her twice within a few days, interestingly enough, but haven't seen her since then.

From what I heard: 31 days after you got the last upgrade and once you've spent 75,000 bells there, then she'll start having a chance to appear.

Gracie is usually at the town tree.

If you go forwards in time and then back to today (the day Gracie visited you) you can go through the check again
