i just finished the may day tour, and rover gave me his briefcase. when i talked to wilbur before leaving, he said that he would send the item to my home. i assumed that meant my home storage? but i've looked through my entire storage multiple times now and i don't see the briefcase anywhere. is it going to be mailed to me tomorrow? i can't find any information about this online...everything that i'm reading seems to suggest that you should have the briefcase right away when you come back from the tour.

Yes and no.. He is in the game for the May Day tour and that's it... You'll see him after you complete the maze and then not again..
