Where did you bury your pitfall seed?

The beach for pitfall seeds and fossils when the museum is complete.
The private beach is the best place to bury those.

That's a good spot! I would've done that too but I actually put a little picnic area on my private beach so I couldn't lol

I buried mine on my tiny private beach that I almost never visit, along with my fossils after I completed my museum. I put them behind a row of palm trees so they don't stand out even if I do go over there and the only one in danger of falling in is Gulliver when he occasionally spawns there.

I tuck mine in the far corner of beach, in the little indents by the cliff.

This town doesn't have a private beach, but this buried pitfall seed has been untriggered for a long time.

My town setup has a tiny beach where you can only get to it via swimming.

I took all the pitfall seeds I collected, and buried them there.

Now, there are no pitfall seeds to be found on the mainland

I buried mine on the first tile on the left, near the cliff. It's very hidden, and a place I never come close to, but it's so hidden I have forgotten it was there and fallen a few times

I always plant a row of trees along the train tracks and I always plant mine at the far end out of the way.

I buried mine behind The Roost Caf?. It's out of the way for villagers too (although Tutu has almost fallen into it omg).

I buried mine at the far corner of my town's beach! I've been thinking of blocking of the area somehow but I'm not sure if i will because it's pretty out of the way as it is already?

Also i didn't know the thing about the fossils! :0 that's so convenient omg

I've wondered this myself but for some reason I feel like it wouldn't work. I don't have a tricky pitfall seed to try this out though.

I usually bury it at the top corner of the Town or in an area the villagers won't walk at.

I also bury the fossils behind buildings or on the private beach when I'm done with the Museum for them.

If I have a villager I don't like I put it near their house (looking at you Jay...) but now I'm plot resetting that will change. I have a private beach so I guess I'll hide it there

I have a haunted forest area in town where I'm planning on burying a bunch of pitfall seeds for my DA update. To prepare for that, I had to search for them daily and dig them up to keep in storage. Now that I've amassed quite a few, I hide the pitfall in the very corner of my map where the train tracks are. The funny this is, one time my villager Mallary was roaming near there during an event, I forget which one (the town tree is close by) and fell in LOL ;.; I'd like more tricky pitfalls though. I try and remember to check the police station daily for tricky pitfall seeds but I haven't come across many (iirc they don't spawn in town naturally?)

Yes! If you have one buried in town, it stops it from spawning! Same with the fossils. Once I completed my fossil exhibit in the museum, I buried the four fossils behind things like bushes so you can't see them and they never spawn elsewhere ^_^ I like doing that so I dont have to ever bother with them again!

I didn't know you could do this. Usually I just bury pitfall seeds in front of the door on a villager's house I wish would move. XD

I didn't know you could just bury one and they never spawn again?? Omg?? I need to find mine and bury it behind the police station now this is a life saver. I normally would bury them in front of villager houses that I don't like tbh.

Wow I didn't know this was a thing, that's so cool

Usually whenever I dig one up, I rebury it and walk on it. Falling in it is the fastest way to make it go away

Such a smart idea that I just learned!! Thank you! It would fit in with a grove of foliage, or something like that!

Until then-I usually just put them back and walk over them. I don't wanna go all the way to re-tail for 100 bells, and i wanna save villagers from the potential pain, so i make that sacrafice heh.

It's behind one of the shops like the Roost or Retail. I normally forget it is there though and end up falling into it.
