I have a few villagers awaiting pick up and i was wondering the earliest i can go pick them up? Do i have to just have the development permit or do i have to unlock the island first?
When's the earliest you can ask a villager to move into your town?

And don't forget to only pickup one a day or you'll override the first villager you asked, with the second villager you asked and the first won't move in
