When eating instant noodles, how much water do you drain out?

it depends on the instant noodles but with my favourite ones i drain out all the water, i think they taste better that way

most of it let alone a bit on the bottom so i get some taste and can slurp it down.

yeah, i tend to leave it a little too if im gonna drain it all out. without water the noodles get all sticky and dry and ew

depends, i used to drain it all out and leave just a tiny bit left to mix in the seasonings with so they were full strength. but now, i only eat shin ramyun and i like the soup effect of it because i always have to add hard boiled eggs to my ramyun now.

If it's the box bowl noodles I just fill hot water to the top, but if it's the one required with steal pot then I pour water about over half way and let it boild and steam up. After I just put the noodles in a new bowl and pour the water out down the drain all of it and use new hot boilding water xD

a little more than half. i don't like 'soupy' noodles, but i want them to have at least some moisture

I like to boil the noodles and then drain it - then add fresh boiling water to the noodles, usually at the same level as the noodles

wow i never knew so many people drained out the soup. i leave all of it in there if it's not meant to be dry. sometimes if it looks like there's too much then i'll drain a tiny bit, but i leave most of it.

You mean the noodles in a cup? I hate those, I like the plastic bag ones better.

I grow a bunch of wheat and rice in my garden which then I use to make noodles xoxo

i liked your post way better before you edited it. like straight up growing noodles is awesome. wheat? not so much.

anyways, if i drain, only a little bit. i actually love soup and soupy liquids...the more the better
