When does Gracie stock the card series / non-seasonal goods?

Last 15 days of the season. So for summer that would be August. Fall will be November, Winter will be February and Spring will be May. The Card set will be sold towards the end of those 4 months.

Huh, I guess I somehow missed it during the spring/summer transition (I got my GracieGrace at the end of spring so maybe it never triggered). I also want to pick up the Red Ringmaster Coat, and I think that's one that's sold during those times as well

Last August, I didn't get Gracie's shop until after the sale period would have started and didn't have any of the "end of season" or "on sale" items. I had to wait until November to get any of it. And Yes, the Red Ringmaster Coat won't be avaliable for you until November.
