She's shown up in my town twice and there wasn't a meteor shower on either night.

I've had her when there was overcast, and no meteor shower.

I had her one my second day, but I didn't know about the meteor shower stuff so I just ignored it I got her wand recipe, looked at the sky for like 20 seconds and then saved and quit, mad about it now, since I havent seen her since haha

Do meteor showers occur during times that she doesn't show up ever?

She showed up twice in my island, both with no meteor showers but had clear skies at night. It’s hard to make wishes on both nights because falling stars were so rare and very very far apart in terms of timing. Unlike if there’s a meteor shower when there’s just too many falling stars and they happen very frequently.
