When Does a Animal Crossing New Horizons "Day" Start?

I was wondering when a new ACNH day starts since I know it does not start at midnight or the hours after it from what I have seen online. By a new day I mean that Isabelle has the new announcements and that you get the message in the bottle and any NPCs and such.

It happens at 5am. I know this because my sleep schedule is messed up.

Yeah I always thought that was weird cause in New Leaf a new day starts at 6am but in New Horizons it's 5am. But anyways yeah, 5am it is!
