My sleep pattern is a mess. I can barely sleep more than an hour at a time - when I do it's no more than 3-4 hours max and I won't be able to fall back to sleep after. Constantly exhausted as a result so I'm going to sleep at really random times.
I voted for 10 p.m. because that's when I go to sleep during school nights, but if it's a Friday or Saturday night, I usually go to bed sometime between 11 p.m. and midnight.
Uhhh well my parents make me go to bed on the weekdays at like 9 but then I stay up till about 10-11ish but if it is a weekend night I will stay up anywhere from 1-6 am depending on the circumstances but usually in the 3-5 area the 6 is thrown in there just because that happened once or twice
i try sleeping at 11 bc i wake up at 4 in the morning
but over the past few weeks, i dont remember seeing PM on my clock as i fell asleep.soo because of work and studying, i dont usually sleep until like 12 or 1 am
