Idk, we have done it for many years now. I usually open a big gift on Christmas morning though, but I do open most of them on Christmas eve.

On December 24th at night I go to my grandparent's house for dinner with my entire family from my dad's side, so I open presents from them then.

On Christmas morning I open presents from my parents & sisters.

Later in the day my family from my mom's side comes over, so I open gifts from them then.

So Christmas Day and December 24th.

We usually have a bunch of our family over or we go to one of their houses and open presents at midnight on chirstmas eve so I guess techinically its the very first minute of Christmas Day =P

my christmas is a phail this year, i have no presents, but even if i did, i would open them right away, because the christmas would already suck. If it were a good christmas.....in the morning!
