When do Flick/CJ first show up?

New Horizons starter here. I’m in the stage where my campsite is being built. I’ve been hoarding bugs and fish so much my house is a museum now and I’m running out of room. I really need them to collect everything from me because yeesh... my house ain’t pretty.

Resident Services has to be upgraded before CJ and Flick appear.

Some players reported going over a month besides sightings of CJ, Flick, Redd, Gulliver, or Label (who all share spawns).
