When did you start playing animal crossing?

I've been playing Animal Crossing since the original one (the one on game cube). But I didn't really start playing until Wild World. I've been playing ACNL last year on January and yeah. That's pretty much it :^)

I believe I got into the series last summer? I told my best friend I was curious about it as I knew so many people who were into it for so long but I never had a clue what it was about. She let me borrow the first one and since her wild world copy wasn't available to share and also because she didn't like original so she she wouldn't miss it haha!

As for New leaf, I started in May and played enough that I already have the gold badge for hours... ヾ(｡﹏｡)ﾉﾞ

New leaf I've been playing since December 13th 2013. So coming up to two years. Animal crossing in general I have no clue. First game was wild world which I think I got upon the release so 2005ish.

My first Animal Crossing game was Wild World, which I got back in 2006. I played that game so much... Let's just say that I am grateful that the DS does not have an activity log. I don't want to know how many hours I put into that game.
