When Did You First Start Playing ACNL?

I started playing it sometime during the month it had released. I eventually took a break for a few years because I got stressed out about checking if anyone is moving as well as the fact that my town was a huge mess due to item hoarding. The break didn't end until last year when I got a second copy of the game, which brought back my motivation for a while. My first town is currently still a mess, but it looks a little better than before I started the break.

Fun fact: The break took so long that by the time I returned to my first town, I was using a different 3DS. (My original one broke.)

i started playing in june 2014 (got it for my birthday) but after three years, my save data got corrupted. after that i deleted my towns many times out of frustration. my current town is actually already half a year old and i'm proud of playing for so long again HAHA

The town before my current one, which I had for years, was made in late 2014, but I know that I had several other towns before that that only lasted for a month or two each, so... Late 2013 at the earliest, I think.

Early this year! I had been wanting the game for way too long, but I always put off getting it until I forgot. Then I received it as a gift. That's when I realized how late I was to the party. lol

City Folk kept me happy for a long time, though.

December 26th... 2016, I believe? I got ACNL for Christmas that year after hearing a few friends talking about it, and I’ve had s ton of fun with it ever since!

So there were a lot of events and months I’d miss out on entirely because it always coincided with hell week hahaha. I started playing New Leaf the 24th of December, 2015. When all the kids here in Sweden get their gifts! It was also my first Animal Crossing game, and I had no idea if the game was good or not, but it looked cute and I wanted to try it out. And I'm SO glad I did!

Tbh I feel so old. I began playing wild world back when it was released (2005 maybe?). Back then the quality and concept of Animal Crossing was out of this world. 14 years later with New Horizions, the quality looks abysmal. 15 years from now, 2034, well look back on ACNH and say 'What an awful quality!' time moves fast. I might see if I can find my ACWW copy tonight

I don't play it now but my very first copy was in late July, 2013. I had no clue about actual release date so I guess I picked it up because I played WW before and this looked neat. I had bunch of copies (both digital and physical) since then til I stopped playing so, yeah.
